It offers a basic number of daily pallet locations, pallet reception and dispatch, and standard customer service — perfect for those just beginning to scale logistics operations.

It includes more reception and dispatch services, access to premium features like off-hours service and manual bulk dispatch, and detailed monthly reports — ideal for businesses seeking personalized support.

Platinum Membership: Exclusivity and Premium Features

Our most exclusive level, Platinum, is designed for companies that demand the best in service and flexibility.

It offers maximum reception/dispatch volume, barcode implementation, weekly stock reports, and in-depth HDS reviews — the perfect solution for large corporations needing comprehensive, high-end logistics solutions.

General Conditions

Each level has a defined monthly fee and usage terms.

You may request a level change at any time.

Subscription Limits

1. Number of Pallet Locations per Day:

– Maximum pallet dimensions: 1.20 m on each side and maximum height of 1.50 m (according to DS 43).

– Maxibags, big bags, and IBCs up to 1,250 kg are counted as 1 pallet.

2. Number of Pallets Received/Dispatched:

– Includes inbound/outbound guide, forklift use, gate in/gate out.

– Valid only for palletized cargo scheduled at least 48 hours in advance.

– Additional service available for bulk-imported goods.

3. Number of Normalized Safety Data Sheets (SDS):

– SDS normalization according to DS 57, in Spanish.

– Sent to the client’s email within 48 hours after request. Translation available as an additional service.

4. Import Reception Record:

– Document required for processing UyD (Use and Destination) of imported SUSPEL cargo.

– Sent to the client’s email within 48 hours after the cargo enters Serviex Ltda.

Standard Functions

5. Authorized SUSPEL warehouse resolution:

A use-stamped resolution issued under your company name Renewed monthly after signing the membership agreement

6. Inventory at Reception/Dispatch:

Internal protocol visible in the corresponding report

7. Reception/Dispatch Report with Photos:

Sent by email within 48 hours after the cargo arrives at Serviex Ltda.

Premium Features Access

8. Off-Hours Service Activation:

Request by email and phone. Available 24/7, 365 days a year

9. Monthly Reports:

Sent on the first business day of the following month

10. Barcode Implementation:

Internal use barcodes. You may choose from available models or provide your own coding

11. Weekly Stock Report:

Sent Fridays between 6 p.m. and midnight, regardless of business days

12. Manual Bulk Dispatch:

Manual bulk cargo dispatch. Open pallets are counted. Includes shrink-wrapping for storage

13. HDS Review:

1 to 5 HDS reviewed per month. Normalization and updates based on regulatory changes

General Membership Terms

15. Insurance:

– Merchandise insurance is not included. You may request a separate quote or purchase/extend the service independently.

16. Included Services:

– Specified for each membership level. Does not include services/products not listed in the pricing table.

17. Additional Services:

– Available upon request via email at [email protected].

18. Payment Method:

– Invoicing on the last day of each month. Payment due by the 5th of the following month via bank transfer.

19. Offer Validity:

– Prices valid for memberships contracted until November 30, 2023. Services are activated immediately after signing the contract and remain valid for 365 days. To subscribe, email [email protected] with your business name, legal representative, and desired plan. A representative will contact you.
